Your employer has corporate responsibility and is required by law to take steps to prevent any reasonably foreseeable accidents or injuries, this includes providing a safe work environment, adequate materials, equipment, training and supervision. If your employer fails to do this and you are injured, then you are in your right to make an accident at work claim.
